We understand that sometimes a product may not fit your furry friend perfectly. To initiate a return or exchange, please make sure your product meets the following criteria:
- Return or exchange must be initiated within a specific date range from the shipment date.
- The product should be in a resellable condition.
- Ensure that the product is not marked as a Final Sale.
Follow these steps to start the process:
- Go to the return/exchange initiation link: https://returns.walkeepaws.com
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
- Select the product you wish to return and state the reason for the return or exchange.
- Choose 'Get a REFUND' or 'SHOP NOW' if you want to exchange for another item.
- Choose either ProductName credit or refund to the Original Payment Method.
- Finalize your request to receive a link to a return label that you can print and attach to your return package.
We now also offer USPS QR codes for printerless returns. After submitting your return request, you will be given the option to use a QR code or print a return label. The QR code enables you to drop off your return at eligible locations without the need for a printed label.
