How do I return a product I no longer want?Updated 8 months ago

We understand that sometimes a product may not work out, and you might need to return it. If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange and it is within the specified return period, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our returns page and initiate the return for a refund or exchange.
  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
  3. Select the item you wish to return and choose the reasons for your return or exchange.
  4. Choose to get a refund or to shop for another product if you are doing an exchange.
  5. Select from the credit options provided at the end of the process.
  6. At the end of the process, you will receive a link to print your return label or a QR code for printerless returns, which you can use to send your item back to us.
