CANADA

• Canada Post return shipping is a flat $14.99 USD; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• We now offer store credit (no expiration date!), with a lower return shipping fee of $9.99.
• We will email you when your refund (less original shipping charges) has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post the funds back to your account.
• Returns are available within 45 days of the ship date.
• We do not accept Canadian exchanges at this time.

OTHER COUNTRIES 

• Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense.
