Our return window is 30 days from the ship date.

We only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog inside for fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning. 

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Free gifts with purchases should be returned along with merchandise returns. 

U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• USPS return shipping is $6.99; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• We waive return shipping charges for all exchanges within the US.
• Refunds will be processed once your order has been delivered to our Return Center and inspected. 
• Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
• We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post the funds back to your account.
• Returns and Exchanges are available within 30 days of the ship date.
