UK RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return window is 30 days from the ship date. We only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog inside for fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning.

• Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense.
• We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.
• Returns are available within 30 days of the ship date.
• We do not accept International exchanges at this time.
